Subject: Carrhill site update

The site at Carrhill (CARR) will be updated to version 3.2 of the
Turborogue firmware on Apr. 29, 1995.  We will send out a notification of
the exact time of the update after it has been done.

Also, the site will be operating at a 15 second sampling rate from 00:00 UT
Apr 30 through 00:00 UT May 6 to support as experiment in Parkfield.
