Subject: Receiver change at CIT1

The receiver at Caltech in Southern California was replaced on May 13 at
00:00 UT.  The new receiver (serial #T337) is running version 3.2 link
03/09/95 of the TurboRogue firmware.  An updated sitelog will be sent to
the IGS Central Bureau.
