121	128	Reinstall Z-12 sn 04377
129	132	Rx and phone line malfunctions; no data
133	142.8	Z-12 sn LP00157 installed after field firmware reload fails; 		
		communication problems persist
142.8	Present	Z-12 sn 04377 reinstalled; communication problems solved
