Fwd: WRHS

All,

In January of 2004, the maintenance department at WRHS fenced in the SCIGN station with a 10' chain link fence completely surrounding the site about 4-6' from the edge of the monument.

18 months later and after quite a bit of effort on Dain's part, the school district agreed to reduce the height of the fence on 3 sides of the monument to a 5' level below the height of the choke ring. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to take down the 4th side since that was part of a longer fence. As of June 17, 2005 the fence has been reduced.

Please let me know if any timeseries jumps or multipath changes are noted at the site. Hopefully, the site will provide better data even with the remaining chain link fence on 1 side of the monument.

Regards,

--Keith

Fence is down!

Keith, please let me know what the repeatability/multipath is like. I probably should let the Plant manager know the outcome.

Cheers all,
Dain
